Supplying system
Turati Idrofilo has been the first manufacturer in the world developing an innovative cotton tape
gathering system incredibly favourable for packers.
Instead of traditional rolls, hydro-entangled and carded cotton tape are supplied IN BALES of 160/180 net kg (352/396 lbs) containing a single tape extremely long ready to be used in packaging machines.

Production:
You will increase machines productivity as you will not frequently stop your machine to change roll,
thanks to the incredible length of the cotton tape per bale.

About 4700 meters (2,92 miles) in continuous of 19,5 cm- 180 gsm hydro entangled cotton tape
About 3600 meters (2,23 miles) in continuous of 10 cm- 500 gsm carded cotton tape

COTTON SLIVER
Mainly dedicated to manufacturers of balls and cotton sliver for hairdressers.
Available from 6 to 12 g/m, supplied in bales of about 130 NET Kg (286 lbs).
